All – Are there any banks/FI’s that can provide suggestions regarding potential Jack Henry solutions that would allow our contact center employees to take loan payments over the phone. Customers are asking for the ability to make a loan payment over the phone with a debit card, credit card, or eCheck (one-time ACH). How are other Jack Henry FI’s handling this and what potential solutions Jack Henry has available to help facilitate taking those payments over the phone.
