      We have had custom programing to load property tax tapes into Jack Henry since we have been on Jack Henry. We are working on converting our tax payments to the First American Tax menu that is part of Jack Henry’s standard code, to try and phase out some of our custom. We have been having difficulties getting this done and even though we have followed Jack Henry’s instructions it is still not working.

      Is there anyone currently using this menu option to pay your property taxes? If so, would you be open to a meeting so we can see how you have these set up. Our case with Jack Henry has been at a standstill, and we haven’t been able to get anyone to actually help us with the programing, so any assistance would be appreciated.

      We use it at WTB. I don’t personally use it as I’m a back office peson, but I have been involved in the file conversion from UPF to Covius to Corelogic (we never used First American Tax, it’s just the menu you can use if you can get a compatible file. Alot of it working as designed is getting a proper file from your vendor.

      Is you issue with loading the file? Exceptions from the load? Bills being generated from the load?
