We converted in July of 2023 and at that time only had one customer on Positive Pay. We have experienced an uptick in fraud and are revamping this product to push to customers to limit our FIs losses.
I’m hoping to pick anyone’s brain on their tried and true methods of successfully implementing Positive Pay and the institution’s role in it’s usage.
Our list of service fees and charges currently lists a monthly fee of $70, but we are doing market research to see what other FIs are charging.
