      Hello everyone,

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving!

I am reaching out to hear what some of you are doing to make notices from SilverLake compliant with any state requirements, such as in California (e.g., specific verbiage bold/italicized). It is my understanding that JH currently has nothing in place to meet this need and must be done via third-party vendor. We are doing this now and have been for a number of years.

Is this the case for each of you as well? We wanted to revisit this to learn what others are currently doing to “beautify” notices.

Hi Christian, we use our Statement and Notice Vendor, InfoImage for that process. Happy to chat on a call if you would like
