      We are in the process of setting up Synergy Documents. Our goal is to have everything filed through Automatic Document Recognition in Synergy Capture so there’s minimal manual work. Curious what other banks are doing to index documents that do not have identifying customer information like the Fictitious Business Statement. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
