      We are looking to upgrade our current MagTek machines that we use for ATM and Debit card PIN resets. We have had these machines for 10+ years and are looking for new products/service providers. What companies, systems and/or machines do you all use when a customer calls in for a PIN reset, either on a newly issued ATM or Debit card or an already active card?

      We moved to the First PIN solution with JHA but with the First Data Migration that service went away for us. I really liked that option though. Now we have PIN reset through iTalk, and the pin management system tied to a specific 800# with JHA CPS. So a customer will just call on their own to reset their PIN.
