      Hi,

      We are looking into householding accounts (what JHA calls creating related customer groups). We currently have a few customers on this and from our experience, it is a very manual process to establish these. We were wondering if anyone is currently using this feature or maybe another feature that you can share with us.

      One of the biggest problems is finding a common value between related entities. Our current approach has been to use a signer as the common thread but wanted to see if anyone has used TIN or something else that works more effectively.

      Hello – for clarity is this related to CIF grouping or for Account Analysis grouping?
