Alternative to JHA OpenAnywhere

We implemented JHA OpenAnywhere about a year ago and have constant issues with it. The ID scan fails constantly, the FIS services fail, it doesn’t allow for people to do a direct transfer from their account with us to fund a new account, and the list goes on.
I was wondering if anyone here is using an alternative online account opening vendor who is also integrated with SL Core, Banno and Synergy and if you are happy with them, provide the name(s) of the vendor.
