Auto ACH and Use Available Balanc Y/N

We have had our Auto ACH parameters for Use Available Balance set to No for 10 years. No one remembers why it was setup that way and we are contemplating changing it to Yes, but before we make the decision to do so, we wanted to see what others in the WRUG are doing for this parameter and why they have chosen what they have chosen.

As background we recently converted from Netteller to Banno and Banno uses Auto ACH for all bank-to-bank transfers and we have noted that this may be causing us issues.

We are configured similarly and are going planning to convert to Banno in a short period of time. Would you be open to having a call to describe in a bit more detail the issues you are running into?
