When making a loan payment revise the screen so that the user does not have to click More Options to then see what type of payment they want to make.
Have “Principle” and “Regular” listed below the amount.
I have a screenshot of how it could look.

What business/user need are you trying to solve? Why is it useful and who would benefit from it?
Our borrowers do not know/see the “More Options” link or they don’t think to select it. As a result, we frequently see payments applied incorrectly, leading to reversals and reapplying of those payments. This can also subsequently result in billing issues for our borrowers. I think it would be beneficial to have a selection box visible to select if you wanted to make a principal only payment. Or we could at least show the option with not having to select the “more options.” Having this option clearly in the borrower’s line of sight at the time of payment could improve the users experience and reduce the number of payment corrects
