      I wanted to reach out to see if any one has used the banno reporting available and have used it to track productivity for messages rec’d and replied to?

      How are you using this reporting today? Is it working for you?

      If you are using more than one report for this, what are you using? How are banks tracking productivity of answering banno conversations?
