We are trying to put together a process/checklist for Purging Account and CIF Files from Silverlake. Some of the information provided by Jack Henry is a bit confusing. I am looking for a Financial Institution to perhaps share their process for this. Our prior core provider did this automatically. We would like to purge any account that has been paid off, closed, or redeemed for over 36 months and any CIF that has not been attached to an account for 36+ months.

You will want to reference the JHPURGE menu options and utilize the Xperience Help to instruct you on the different options and what they do. There is a general parameter to set the date of reference but it’s not just closed date.
