We will be converting from CIF20/20 to Silverlake next year and I’d love to get some insight on what the process difference will be for managing dormant accounts or processing unclaimed property. Currently our dormant process is manual and includes using status codes in addition to service charge codes and updating the date of last contact. We plan on creating a workflow to help generate our customer dormant letter and archive it to Synergy but before we work on that process we’d like to know if Silverlake has additional functionality that we should be aware of.
