Hi,
a couple of people had reached out to me yesterday after I shared our release escrow issue on the WRUG call, so I wanted to share our issue here. We went through release the weekend of Friday May 20th. It was relatively uneventful with the exception of an issue we had related to our mortgage escrow loans.
We identified the issue 5/24 and logged a case. It was not resolved by JHA till 6/13 – so it significantly impacted our production.
For all new loans w/ Escrow when we were trying to upload them we received and error that that the PMI and Escrow did not total to the full payment, even though they were in fact correct. JHA advised a work around to load the loans without escrow and then go back in and add the escrow details after the fact.
To resolve this issue we ended up needing a non-billable CWR to add in the fix.
I am optimistic that they have fixed this for future release, as they had also identified another institution with the same issue. However, if they have not I would encourage you to test this function and get the non-billable CWR in place as soon as possible.
Thanks – Katy

All – this is the feedback from Kerin Nixon (JHA CRM) on the Escrow account issue resulting from the SilverLake R2022 that Platte Valley Bank experienced and brought up during Wednesday’s WRUG call. Please share this with the appropriate teams at your bank. thank you!
Meg,
This is what I found out. There is a fix # 1173406 for the issue, but it hasn’t been put into standard code yet. Since it is a fix – it will have to go thru the development group before the final push to standard code. So the banks that haven’t released should test this during their release testing and if it is an issue they can open a case with SilverLake Support to request that they apply fix #1173406.Can you share this with the group? Thanks so much!
