iPay and Fraud

Does your FI use iPay for bill payments? If so, how do you monitor fraud? If not, what vendor do you use for bill payments and does it integrate with Silverlake?

Hello Heather,

We do use iPay. iPay monitors fraud and sends us emails when they detect suspicious activity, (new payee, first large item, residing state of recipient). Additionally, Gladiator also reviews Bill Pay activity (large items that exceed a set threshold and new payees) and we receive alerts from them as well.
