Alpine is currently working on a project to overhaul our new account onboarding. We are curious how other banks might be performing maintenance outside of an account opening platform. We are noticing that many vendors do not offer maintenance within their platforms like Argo Keys does. So, we would love to learn from others some alternative ways this can be done. Do you perform maintenance in Xperience or have an alternate solution? Do you have field level security turned on? Do all CSR/PBR roles have access to perform all maintenance?
