      1. Do you allow multiple legal entities with common ownership to be viewed on a single online banking login ID or do you require separate ID?
      2. If you do allow it, do you require a signed agreement between bank and all entites?
      3. Would you be willing to share a sample of your agreement?

      Here are the questions our bank has regarding online banking access.

      1. Do you allow multiple businesses with common ownership to be viewed on a single online banking login ID or do you require separate logins? We allow one online banking platform (including related businesses with common ownership) with a login per user.
      2. If you do allow it, do you require a signed agreement between bank and all entities? We require an agreement for the primary business (the name the online banking is under).
      3. Would you be willing to share a sample of your agreement?
