Can anyone tell me if they have implemented the Silverlake Teller rounding for pennies option? If so, can you provide me with any feedback on how the implementation went? Also, have you begun using the rounding and what type of GL are you offsetting the rounding transaction to?
Any assistance on how this new rounding option is working at your FI would be greatly appreciated.
      Thank you.

We have not implemented this but I am curious to see if others have.

Same, we haven’t implemented anything yet. From my understanding JHA said we could implement a manual rounding of pennies to the nearest five-cents, and that they would have a better solution in the near future.

Is what you are referencing the better solution, or still the manual rounding option?

I made the necessary changes in Teller so when needed, we can turn on the option (per branch) and we set it up to go to Teller Offage.
Also, we elected to set it up to always round up, so there is no negative impact to the customer. Set up was pretty straight-forward and how time-consuming it is, is based on how many transaction types your institution has with Cash Out lines.
