We are currently working on a very large scale project to overhaul our new account onboarding. This is looking at in location account onboarding and digital account onboarding. Currently we use Argo Keys in the branch locations and Meridian Link for the digital space. We also complete all account maintenance requests within Argo Keys.
That brings me to the question I have. We are curious how other banks might be performing maintenance outside of an account opening platform. We are noticing that many vendors do not offer maintenance within their platforms like Argo Keys does. So we would love to learn from others some alternative ways this can be done.
