Please vote for this enhancement!
Last year we posted an enhancement that we feel is critical and should have been implemented from the beginning of time.
What we found is that when a customer using online wires (NT or TM) is trying to send a wire over their limit, they system denies the wire because the wire amount is over the wire limit entered in the wire limit field (Wire Company Limit).
Thats all fine, but the customer now is required to come into the bank to submit that wire as a “in-person/in-branch” wire. But, when that customer does a in-branch wire and we enter the wire info into SilverLake via DirectLine Wires, the limit used for online wires must also be changed to allow the in-person wire to go out because it is also using the Wire Company Limit.
Why would the in-person wire process use the same process as online banking to control limits?
Please help us all out by voting for this enhancement. Thanks everyone!
Search for: SilverLake to allow separate wire limits for Wire Companies (used for online wires) vs bank entered (wire room) wires.
