Identify Number of Times a Check is Presented to Allow FI to See if the Item has Received NSF Charges
Add functionality to allow the system to track if an item has received NSF/OD Fees and allow the FI to determine of they want to allow NSF/OD Fees to be applied to the paying item one or more times.
