Hello Heather,
We do use iPay. iPay monitors fraud and sends us emails when they detect suspicious activity, (new payee, first large item, residing state of recipient). Additionally, Gladiator also reviews Bill Pay activity (large items that exceed a set threshold and new payees) and we receive alerts from them as well.

We are configured similarly and are going planning to convert to Banno in a short period of time. Would you be open to having a call to describe in a bit more detail the issues you are running into?
