      We use BankTel for our expense accounts and currently we upload a file for account recon without any issues. Now we need to upload a file for positive pay that includes the payee. JHA has advised that File Manager is the only option available. How are other banks handling this process and have you found any alternative methods or best practices?

      Hi Heather,

      We use File Manager. Is there an internal deposit account your FI is using to make these payments? If so, have you tried setting up an online banking profile for the internal bank account for those payments? You should be able to manually upload the Positive Pay file in that instance.
