      Hello,
      I needed to see if I can get some advice. We currently have some business customers that have asked for same day notice when they receive chargebacks. Due to our system limitations this is a manual process for us by sending emails out to the designated recipients with an image of the chargeback item. I’m curious to see how other banks accomplish this? We are currently using CSI – Summit for our imaging and we manually go into FED to download the file and then upload it into Summit.
