Paid Off Loan Letter – Automation

Currently we create a paid off loan letter through merge document and mail ourselves. We use Premium Notices as our notice vendor but they are unable to print and mail these for us. How is your FI generating and mailing these notices? We are looking to automate this process like our other notices.

Hello Heather,

Our bank generates paid off letters out of our Salesforce nCino system. Its a generic letter, but nCino allows for the option to email the letter to the client or regular mail.
