Verafin – ACH Agents

We recently noticed that Verafin is pulling our Fed Offset ACH file instead of our origination file so we are receiving false data in Verafin. We need to direct Verafin to pull the correct file but it has been difficult to get JHA to tell us what file they should pull. Is anyone else having this issue?
Agents affected = Unusual Business Deposits and Unusual Consumer Payments
